Intermittent disruption in SMS Customer Notifications
Resolved - Between 12:30 AM and 12:40 AM PST, some outbound SMS customer notifications failed to send due to a temporary issue with one of our upstream messaging providers. Messages were unable to be delivered during this window. The issue self-resolved without any changes on our side, and SMS delivery returned to normal shortly afterward.

We have confirmed that subsequent batches of customer notifications were (and continue to be) sending successfully and the system is operating as expected.
