Routific will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, March 23rd for approximately 3 hours between 2:00pm-5:00pm PST.

During this time, we anticipate service disruptions in making requests to our Platform API and/or accessing customer profiles within our app. All our other systems will be fully functional.
If you are planning to use the Platform API or customer profiles on March 23rd, please consider using it before 2 pm PST or after 5pm PST so that your delivery operations are not affected.

The maintenance involves updating our databases to ensure uptime and stability of our services. We apologize for disruptions this may cause to your business. As soon as the maintenance work is complete, you will receive another message from us confirming this.
