Our API gateway cluster went offline at 06:09 PDT on October 20. This affected anyone who tried to login or optimize their routes during this time. We restarted the AWS environment, which added new healthy servers at 07:20 PDT. A support ticket has been opened to request assistance in investigating why this happened.
