As a reminder, we will be running scheduled maintenance this Sunday, April 6th starting at 8 am PDT for about two hours. During this time, you may experience the following disruptions:
- Accessing the new Routific (beta.routific.com) in order to view or make any changes
- API requests to the new Routific platform at planning-service.beta.routific.com will fail with a 503 http status code
- Drivers may have trouble accessing the data on the Routific mobile app

Your customers will not be able to access their delivery tracker links to track the progress of their delivery

We're making some important database updates on Sunday, April 6th, starting around 8 am PDT and lasting approximately two hours. During this time, you will not be able to access Routific services, which includes:
- Access to the new Routific (beta.routific.com)
- API requests to the new Routific platform at planning-service.beta.routific.com will fail with a 503 http status code
- Drivers may have trouble accessing the new Routific mobile app
- Your customers will not be able to access their delivery tracker links to track the progress of their delivery

We’ve chosen the time slot which is historically the quietest on Routific, so we hope you experience little or no disruption.
