We had identified and resolved an issue in communicating with our webhook server between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm (UTC). Customers who rely on our webhook feature would not have received messages during this period.

Our internal monitoring processes played a crucial role in being able to identify and notify of the issue to relevant people within our team, so that we could resolve it as quickly as possible. We're are extremely sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
