We have made a change which has restored full functionality to the Routific mobile app. We will continue to monitor and provide any updates as needed.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting drivers' ability to view and action their routes on the Routific mobile app. This is affecting users on the new Routific only. We will provide an update in 30 minutes.
