Routific will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, January 14th for approximately 4 hours between 2:00pm-6:00pm PST.

During this time, you may not be able to make requests to our Platform API and your customers may experience delays in receiving Delivery Notifications. All other systems will be fully functional.

If you are planning to use the Platform API on January 14, please consider using it before 2 pm PST or after 6 pm PST so that your delivery operations are not affected.

The maintenance involves updating our databases to ensure uptime and stability. We apologize for disruptions this may cause for your business. As soon as the maintenance work is complete, you will receive another message from us confirming this.
